Accommodation options include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; King Rooms from $225 per night for two people, including continental breakfast and entry to The Spa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ambassador Villas from $705 per night for up to four people in two bedrooms, including continental breakfast, private tennis court, pool, entry to The Spa and a copy of Bernadette O\u2019Shea\u2019s book Champagne and Chandeliers.<\/p>\n<p>Held each year at Hyatt Regency Coolum, A Taste of Coolum attracts dozens of the country\u2019s top winemakers and hundreds of food and wine lovers for a succession of culinary events.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Taste &#8211; from Friday June 24 to Sunday June 26 \u2013 will include A Night in Italy in the resort\u2019s village square, a Tri-Nations Dinner hosted by winemaker Geoff Merrill, and the annual Chefs Alfresco wine-tasting afternoon involving more than 40 Australian producers.<\/p>\n<p>Bernadette O\u2019Shea is a Brisbane-based author, educator and Champagne consultant celebrated for her exceptional palate and knowledge.
