Award-winning Cotton\u2019s offers a true taste of local Australia with an upmarket steak cuisine and extensive wine list.\u201cOur new summer menu is full of innovative dishes specifically designed to showcase fresh, seasonal and simple Lockyer Valley produce,\u201d head chef Andrew Simpson said.\u201cThey include a cold entr\u00e9e of Country style chicken and prosciutto terrine, summer fruit relish and brioche; warm entr\u00e9e of Crispy Zucchini flowers, filled with Laidley goats cheese risotto and caramelised shallot; and a new pasta dish of Spanner crab linguini, rocket, pine nuts and preserved lemon.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have abundant local produce in the Lockyer Valley which enables our team to create fresh, simple, well-balanced food that is seasonal, colourful, tasteful and innovative.\u201dNew main dishes include Marinated lamb, warm salad of heirloom carrots, yoghurt, organic almonds and local honey; House made free range Chicken and Porcini sausage, saut\u00e9ed mushrooms, roasted chicken jus and the signature Grain Fed Darling Downs Wagyu.<\/p>\n
