{"id":6504,"date":"2010-04-27T22:12:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-27T22:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/traveloscopy.com\/travel-news\/four-seasons-hotel-sydney-launches-winemaker-chefs-table-experience-2\/"},"modified":"2010-04-27T22:12:00","modified_gmt":"2010-04-27T22:12:00","slug":"four-seasons-hotel-sydney-launches-winemaker-chefs-table-experience-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/traveloscopy.com\/travel-news\/2010\/04\/four-seasons-hotel-sydney-launches-winemaker-chefs-table-experience-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Four Seasons Hotel Sydney Launches Winemaker Chef\u2019s Table Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/image_library\/SYD\/custom_sizes\/SYD_053_400x320.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/image_library\/SYD\/custom_sizes\/SYD_053_400x320.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Calling all wine connoisseurs and gourmands!\u00a0 Four Seasons Hotel Sydney has launched a new Winemaker Chef&#8217;s Table experience, combining the best in food, wine and all things fine.<\/p>\n<p>Each month, one high-profile winemaker from Australia or New Zealand will showcase their collection by pairing wines with a five-course meal including a series of vertical tastings. <\/p>\n<p>The experience begins with champagne and canap\u00e9s at Kable&#8217;s wine bar, followed by a degustation dinner with matching wines at the Chef&#8217;s Table in the kitchen&#8217;s Garde Manger. <\/p>\n<p>After dinner, guests will go even further &#8216;behind the scenes&#8217; for a kitchen tour and chocolate tasting in the Four Seasons&#8217; Chocolate Room.<\/p>\n<p>Four Seasons Hotel Manager Daniel Simon said the winemaker dinner concept gave guests an opportunity to try the new Kable&#8217;s menu designed by Restaurant Chef, Jeffrey De Rome, while tasting some of Australasia&#8217;s best wines.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;ve taken the restaurant wine-dinner concept and created a much more intimate experience where guests can socialise around one large table while learning all about the food and wine from our chef and guest winemakers.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a pleasure to welcome Mitchell Taylor from Taylor&#8217;s Wines as our first winemaker, who kindly shared a selection of his highly-coveted family museum wines for the inaugural dinner last month.
