Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is offering two enticing culinary experiences to spoil Mum this Mother’s Day \u2013 an extravagant buffet lunch in Kable’s and a sumptuous High Tea at The Caf\u00e9 By Kable’s.<\/p>\n

Take Mum’s tastebuds on a culinary journey around Kable’s with a special buffet lunch comprising six exotic food stations.\u00a0 Start with a visit to the Cold Buffet and sample a variety of salads and sushi before moving on to the Hot Food Station where risotto, pasta and curry await. <\/p>\n

Next stop is the Seafood Station serving the day’s freshest catch including Chardonnay-poached prawns and marinated baby octopus.\u00a0 Work off some energy at the Action Station by rolling your own Peking duck pancakes, followed by some hearty slow-cooked prime rib of beef from the Carving Station. Complete the journey by delighting in the Dessert Station offering a selection of pastries and Australian cheeses.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Looking for something a little lighter to indulge Mum?\u00a0 The Caf\u00e9 by Kable’s is serving a delicious High Tea with all the signature tasty treats including finger sandwiches, scones and a selection of delectable desserts. <\/p>\n

The first 50 reservations for Mother’s Day lunch will go into the draw to win a $200 Four Seasons Spa voucher and complimentary Sodashi gift pack valued at $230.<\/p>\n
