{"id":4500,"date":"2008-10-23T18:57:00","date_gmt":"2008-10-23T18:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/traveloscopy.com\/travel-news\/?p=4500"},"modified":"2008-10-23T18:57:00","modified_gmt":"2008-10-23T18:57:00","slug":"heritage-cruise-line-releases-09-routes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/traveloscopy.com\/travel-news\/2008\/10\/heritage-cruise-line-releases-09-routes\/","title":{"rendered":"Heritage Cruise Line releases &#8217;09 routes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_OY-0d2rKv_Q\/SRUbRwzhUWI\/AAAAAAAAEVI\/4_oXjrmFwc0\/s1600-h\/elevation1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer; width: 412px; height: 95px;\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_OY-0d2rKv_Q\/SRUbRwzhUWI\/AAAAAAAAEVI\/4_oXjrmFwc0\/s400\/elevation1.jpg\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5266145331252384098\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>Heritage Cruise Line has released itineraries and fares for its first ship, the 58m Jayavarman, which will make her maiden voyage on the Mekong River next September.<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported, Heritage\u2019s parent company, Saigon-based <a href=\"http:\/\/trailsofindochina.com\">Trails of Indochina<\/a>, is building the luxurious boutique cruise ship, which will have 27 staterooms with private facilities and balconies, at a cost of around US$4m.<\/p>\n<p>The eight-day cruise between Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap, called \u2018The Lost Civilisation,\u2019 costs from US$2,675 for a twin-share cabin.<\/p>\n<p>The three-day \u2018Deep in the Delta\u2019 cruise from Ho Chi Minh City to Chau Doc, which is situated in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam close to the Cambodian border, costs from US$743 per cabin.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a five-day \u2018Serenity Cruise\u2019 linking Phnom Penh with Siem Reap and a four-day \u2018Pearl of the Orient\u2019 itinerary between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh.<\/p>\n<p>Shore excursions include visits to floating markets, bicycle rides to remote villages and a Vietnamese cooking class.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heritage Cruise Line has released itineraries and fares for its first ship, the 58m Jayavarman, which will make her maiden voyage on the Mekong River next September.
