Mains of Swordfish souvlakia with fennel and parsley salad; mastic-infused Prawns wrapped in crunchy kataifi pastry from the island of Chios \u2013 home of the mystical masticha tree; Prawn and Scallop filo parcels with Greek saffron from Kozani &#8211; a spice cultivated in Greece for thousands of years; and deep fried cumin Calamari; reveal dishes not widely known in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>A sumptuous &#8216;surprise&#8217; Greek dessert and plenty of matching wines throughout are set to the mythical sounds of the Greek bouzouki.
