British Airways is the only European airline to fly to Australia.<\/p>\n<p>The airline operates from the state-of-the-art London Heathrow Terminal 5. Terminal 5 is exclusive to the customers of British Airways and Iberia Airlines. In March 2017, London Heathrow won the award for the World\u2019s Best Airport Shopping and was named one of the world\u2019s top 10 airports in the Skytrax World Airport Award.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2016, British Airways and its frequent flyer programme, Executive Club, was awarded Best Short-Haul Carrier and Best Frequent Flyer Programme by Business Traveller for the 11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0consecutive year.\u00a0 British Airways\u2019 Concorde Room at London Heathrow Terminal 5 was awarded Best Airport Lounge.
