Guests then enjoy the prime meat, foie gras, unagi, scallop and salmon, to be sliced and seared by a master Japanese chef at the sizzling teppanyaki table, which guests are seated around.&nbsp; Each table\u2019s personal chef then artfully crafts five pieces of sushi, to be drizzled with the perfect sauce and topping \u2013 teriyaki sauce and spring onion for beef, iwanori sauce and gold leaf for foie gras, teriyaki sauce and avocado for unagi, a spicy mayo sauce and ebiko with herbs for scallop, and miso sauce and ikura for salmon, served with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.&nbsp;
