Often endearingly referred to as the \u2018Pink Palace\u2019, could there be a more obvious icon in Noosa than Sheraton Noosa Resort &#038; Spa to support this worldwide cause? <\/p>\n<p>From the 19th \u2013 26th October, Cato\u2019s Bar on Hastings Street will be transformed emerging as the \u2018Hastings Street Headquarters\u2019 raising both awareness and funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. <\/p>\n<p>Apart from being bathed in a glorious pink hue, Cato\u2019s will be lighting the way for this month long focus. Guests of the Resort will be invited to participate by placing pink light globes in their rooms, staff will be dressed with pink highlights and pink inspired cuisine will be served\u2026so if you\u2019re asked \u2018would you like pink champagne or a pink pasta, don\u2019t be alarmed its all for a good cause! A target of $10,000 has been set with merchandise available for sale and collection tins provided at Cato\u2019s Bar on Hastings Street<\/p>\n<p>Noosa\u2019s calendar of events for October include: National Pink Ribbon Day on the 26th (be sure to come to Cato\u2019s Bar on the 26th as the \u201cBest in Pink\u201d will win a night\u2019s accommodation and all \u201cpatrons in bras\u201d will get their first pink beer for free!) a stylish cocktail soiree at the Noosa Yacht &#038; Rowing Club on the 29th and for the not so serious, a Fun Run on the 30th.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got some great fun activities planned for the week of the 19th and the energy amongst the team to support the cause is just fantastic.
