Apogee Investors has signed an agreement with Mobilona LLC to manage the financing of Europe\u2019s tallest hotel on a man-made island off the coast of Catalonia, Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

With an initial investment projected at \u20ac1.5 billion, Mobilona plans to construct the first of its kind \u2018Space Hotel\u2019 on Barcelona Island which will offer guests an out of this world experience through immersive building technology and the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT). All suites and residences will be equipped with immersive wall and surface displays that provide panoramic impressions of the universe.<\/p>\n

The project is managed by Mobilona\u2019s Global CEO Jerome Bottari who is also responsible for the development of Mobilona Space Hotelsin Los Angeles and Hong Kong. The three new hotels represent an estimated value of over $6 billion.<\/p>\n

“Immersive displays inside Mobilona Space Hotel on Barcelona Island will provide guests with stunning views of some of the most remote galaxies in our universe,” says Jerome Bottari. \u201cHotel guests will also be able to participate in a Space Training to experience a form of weightlessness in a vertical wind tunnel.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018Space Travelers\u2019 will have a choice to enjoy their trip in one of over 2,000 hotel suites and residences. When guests are ready to return from their space exploration, they will be able to turn off all transparent glass displays with the push of a button. They can then see through them to enjoy the beautiful sea views outside, take a breath of fresh air on their private terraces or visit one of the many parks, pools and beaches around the covered marina on Barcelona Island. Guests will also be able to enjoy shopping at the 24-hour \u2018Space Mall\u2019 or relax in the world\u2019s first \u2018zero-gravity\u2019 spa.<\/p>\n

Hotel Ownership<\/p>\n

Buyers can currently apply for membership in the Mobilona Hotel Owners Group to reserve units at discounted preconstruction prices. A separately regulated entity will offer income-producing hotel suites and residences for purchase or resale from \u20ac495,000 to \u20ac2.6 million and penthouses from \u20ac3.9 to \u20ac20 million. Nightly rates for hotel suites will range from \u20ac300 to over \u20ac1,500 and timeshares will start at \u20ac20,000 for an annual one-week occupancy right.<\/p>\n

Apogee Investors will manage a new and unique purchase program for Mobilona Space Hotels to assure that buyers\u2019 preconstruction payments are protected. Buyers can make Secured Deposits through major financial institutions.
