The popular Raffles Gateway Hotel in Fiji has been ranked the number one hotel in Nadi by influential online travel review website, TripAdvisor.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 92 room hotel, which boasts the convenience of being located opposite the Nadi International Airport, has recently completed an extensive refurbishment program. This included the introduction of luxury suites for the more discerning traveller, as well as renovations to family rooms and executive accommodation. <\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this year the hotel was awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award for the third consecutive year in a row. This follows industry recognition in 2007 when the hotel took out top honours at the AON Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards for Quality Accommodation. <\/span><\/p>\n

Raffles Gateway Hotel Manager, Mr. Hari Singh said the TripAdvisor recognition was particularly pleasing given the positive comments generated by the website from guests staying at the property.<\/span><\/p>\n

“This is especially the case when you take into account our local competition and the ever-growing number of hotels and resorts now available in the Nadi region,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Raffles Gateway is popular for transiting travellers visiting Fiji’s outer islands, however it is also a mainstay for locals and business travellers visiting Nadi. The hotel’s state of the art convention facility also attracts small conferences and private functions. <\/span><\/p>\n
