An adventurous 91-year-old Texan man became the oldest \u2018zipper\u2019 in New Zealand yesterday <\/span>(Sunday November 17)<\/b>when he completed Ziptrek Ecotours\u2019 Moa 4-Line tour in Queenstown.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The award-winning tourism company hosted Loren Selleck from Fort Worth in Texas who was accompanied by his 66-year-old daughter Karin Selleck, also from Texas. <\/span>\"Ziptrek<\/div>\n
The adventurous pair were among eight other \u2018zippers\u2019 to take part in the thrilling \u201cmulti-generational\u201d tour yesterday which included children as young as eight – an age range of 83 years.<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Selleck is the oldest \u2018zipper\u2019 to complete the Ziptrek Ecotours course since the company\u2019s inception four years ago.<\/span><\/div>\n

Ziptrek Ecotours Sales and Marketing Manager Nicky Busst said the team was \u201cthrilled\u201d to see such <\/span>\"Ziptreka varied group enjoying the Ziptrek experience.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cIt really shows the diversity of our tours. They\u2019re suitable for everyone, no matter their age or ability,\u201d said Mrs Busst.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve had people of all ages zipping in the past. Yesterday it was really great to see such a diverse group of people taking part in the one trip. It really sums up what Ziptrek Ecotours is all about.\u201d <\/span>\"Ziptrek<\/div>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s pretty phenomenal to see someone aged 91 living life to its fullest, embracing it and still creating memories,\u201d Mrs Busst said.<\/span><\/div>\n

Completing the course \u201cwith absolute ease\u201d Mr Selleck praised the Ziptrek staff for making the experience an enjoyable and memorable part of his New Zealand holiday.<\/span><\/div>\n
