We\u2019ve worked closely with Merino NZ to create a merino and woolshed experience set in stunning surroundings.\u201d said Mr Robson.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">\u201cWe encourage people to come out with friends and family, enjoy the cruise over on Spirit then soak up the rural atmosphere at the working high country station. It\u2019s a great way to spend a few hours.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Each cruise lasts 1hr 45mins and those customers choosing the woolshed experience spend two hours at Mt NIC station. Tours depart from St Omer Wharf, 110 Beach Street at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.45pm and 3.45pm.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">There will also be spot prizes, a sausage sizzle and face painting for the kids.&nbsp;<b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Guests can also try their hand at stone skimming, horseshoe tossing, gumboot throwing and even compete at virtual shearing, which is exclusive to Mt NIC and Southern Discoveries.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Wakatipu High School Principal Steve Hall thanked Southern Discoveries for choosing to support the school.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #333333; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">\u201cWe wish them a fantastic locals\u2019 day.
