Now in its 13th year, this popular program presents more than 100 of San Francisco’s best restaurants offering two or three-course lunch menus for $18.95 and\/or three-course dinner menus for $36.95, prices representing up to <\/span><\/div>\n

\u201c’Dine About Town’ restaurants are located in 21 different neighborhoods of San Francisco.  This is such a good value, you could eat your way across the city,\u201d explains Joe D’Alessandro, president and CEO of the San Francisco Travel Association which has produced \u201cDine About Town\u201d since it began in January of 2002. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u201cMost ‘Restaurant Weeks’ happen in January but San Francisco’s ‘Dine About Town’ is so big that it actually happens twice a year and last for two weeks each time,\u201d D’Alessandro said.<\/span><\/div>\n
The participating restaurants include two with Michelin stars (Luce and Spruce) and twelve others that are Michelin rated (Absinthe, Caf\u00e9 de la Presse, Chapeau!, Chaya Brasserie, Dosa on Fillmore, Fringale, Georges, Marlowe, One Market, Skool, Sociale and Waterbar).<\/span><\/div>\n
The complete restaurant list for \u201cDine About Town San Francisco\u201d and reservations are available beginning May 1 at www.dineabouttown.com<\/a>, a website of the San Francisco Travel Association.   The list can be searched by neighborhood, cuisine, vegetarian options and lunch or dinner offerings.   Through a partnership with Open Table, reservations (strongly recommended) can be made directly from the \u201cDine About Town\u201d pages.  <\/span><\/div>\n
Dates and times of participation vary by restaurant. A la carte menus will also be available.  Information is also available by calling 415-391-2000. American Express is the preferred method of payment for Dine About Town.<\/span><\/div>\n
