The property offers 301 hotel rooms incorporating one and two bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The mezzanine level at \u00c9lan Soho Suites boasts a dedicated conference floor housing six event spaces each fitted with state of the art technology and modern fittings. The conference floor, bathed in natural light, can cater for both large and small events, from 15 to 400 delegates.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9lan Soho Suites will introduce Darwin&#8217;s first ever Korean Barbeque restaurant, Seoul Food, a modern take on an international flavour already taking Australian taste buds by storm.<br \/>Multi Award winning Korean chef and published author, Chung Jae Lee, founder and former Executive Chef of Mapo Korean restaurant in Adelaide, will showcase Korean cuisine and reveal some of the skills that earned him numerous awards including &#8216;2012 Best Chef SA Award&#8217; and &#8216;2012 State Champion &#8216;Flavours of the World&#8217; Lifestyle Food Award&#8217;.<br \/>\u201cI have had the opportunity over the past few years to showcase my take on Korean cuisine in Sydney and Adelaide and now it is Darwin&#8217;s turn to taste world class Korean!\u201d Chung Jae said.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9lan Hotels General Manager, Steve Frichot says \u201c\u00c9lan Soho Suites is bringing many firsts to the Northern Territory \u2013 including Darwin&#8217;s first Korean Barbeque Restaurant and Darwin&#8217;s first hotel to offer mobile check-ins \/ check-outs via guest&#8217;s smart phones.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9lan is a French word meaning &#8216;momentum&#8217; with &#8216;style&#8217; and we believe our modern hotel and restaurant will symbolise the modern pace of life, which resonates with our young population.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur new \u00c9lan Hotels brand shows the confidence and strength we have in the community and for the growth in the Northern Territory.
