Phil Hoffmann Travel General Manager Michelle McNamara has been named Australia\u2019s Best Retail Travel Manager.<\/span><\/span>

Ms McNamara won the Best Travel Agency Manager \u2013 Retail award category at the 2014 AFTA National Travel Industry Awards in Sydney on Saturday 19 July.<\/span><\/div>\n

The award aims to recognise an individual who personifies excellence in their role as a retail travel manager and who demonstrates best practice and individual achievement.<\/span><\/div>\n

It was presented to Michelle by Virgin Australia General Manager Global Sales, Shirley Field, in front of a crowd of 1300 industry leaders.<\/span><\/div>\n

Michelle was the only South Australian to be selected as a finalist \u2013 picked from a national group of retail travel manager contenders from New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.<\/span><\/div>\n

Phil Hoffmann Travel was also once again a finalist in the Best Retail Travel Agency (Multi Locations) category.<\/span><\/div>\n

Founded in Adelaide in 1990, Phil Hoffmann Travel is one of Australia\u2019s most awarded travel agencies.<\/span><\/div>\n

With approximately 180 employees, it has offices at Norwood, Stirling, Victor Harbor, Adelaide City, Hyde Park, Semaphore, Glenelg and Modbury.<\/span><\/div>\n
