For the very first time, InterContinental Sydney is opening the exclusive Club InterContinental to non-hotel guests, with a series of exclusive cocktail master classes.<\/p>\n

The Club is renowned internationally for its panoramic breath-taking views of Sydney Harbour, its outstanding service and delicious menu items, and now for the first time, non-hotel guests have the opportunity to experience it. These special cocktail classes will be held for groups between 4-16 people and will be running throughout the summer months.<\/p>\n

Classes will be hosted by an experienced mixologist under the guidance of Tal Thorne, who has over 13 years’ experience in mixology and has grown and harnessed a dedicated passion for cocktail making.\u00a0 Tal’s mixologist team will be showcasing their tips and tricks to muddle, mix and shake three delicious cocktails in their exclusive class.<\/p>\n

“We are very excited to open Club to the public for the very first time, giving groups an opportunity to mix good quality drinks in a fun and exciting new environment and venue with their friends,” says Tal Thorne.<\/p>\n

The classes welcome all groups \u2013 from team bonding to a fun activity with friends, this class will not only educate attendees in the skill of cocktail-making, but be a whole lot of fun.<\/p>\n

To accompany the drinks is a menu of sumptuous canap\u00e9s prepared by the esteemed team of InterContinental Sydney chefs. Utilizing the freshest seasonal produce, the varying canap\u00e9s offer additional flavours while complimenting the cocktail. Enjoy delicious cocktails that have been carefully created to match the canap\u00e9s on offer.<\/p>\n
