The tournament enabled participating event partners to contribute to the Foundation, with Italasia, Hyde &#038; Seek Gastro Bar, Junker and Bar, Perfume Bar, Ku De Ta and Sugar Ray all pledging donations.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Tim Boda, Director of Culinary Excellence &#038; Events, received the donation from Max Benedetti, Managing Director, Italasia Trading Co.
