The Sunset Bliss menu, meticulously prepared by Chef Bryan Burger, will showcase such delicacies as\u00a0Freshly Shucked Oysters; Tomato Consomme with Poached Prawns and Aromatic Herbs; Atlantic Crab, Cucumber and Watercress Salad with Lime Butter; Lychee Sorbet finished<\/i>\u00a0with Champagne; a choice of main course to select from Seared Lobster Tail with Tomato Compote, Shaved Fennel and Lemon Verbena Foam;\u00a0<\/i>or\u00a0Seared Kobe Beef Tenderloin with Potato Puree, Sauteed Mushrooms and Foie Gras Sauce<\/i>.\u00a0 For dessert, couples choose between an irresistible selection of Chocolate Fritter, Ice Cream and Mousse, and a healthy medley of Fresh Berries.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
