Air Canada has halved the price of its fares to London until 31 March 2014 putting a unique UK-Canada “two-nation vacation” firmly within reach of Australian travellers.<\/span><\/span>

The discount means that for prices starting from $1200 per person* ex Sydney and $1400 per person ex Melbourne or Brisbane (before taxes and fuel surcharges) Australians can now travel to the UK while enjoying a stopover in Canada in both directions.<\/span><\/div>\n
\nAir Canada General Manager Australia and New Zealand Paul McLean says the half-price fares –\u00a0 the most competitive the airline has ever offered between Australia and the UK – provide a rare opportunity for travellers to take the scenic route to Europe.\u00a0<\/span>\"Canada_Lake\n<\/div>\n
“There are faster ways to reach London from Australia but there is no more beautiful route than via Canada,” says McLean.<\/span><\/div>\n
“This is an extraordinary opportunity to bookend a European holiday with some of North America’s most attractive cities and natural wonders – from Vancouver, Calgary and the Canadian Rockies in the west to unforgettable Niagara Falls and historic Quebec in the east.”<\/span><\/div>\n
The new London fares are available until 31 March 2014, for departures ex Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane between 1 March and 8 June 2014, and between 8 September and 10 December 2014.<\/span><\/div>\n
