(Callsign: V7DV9, IMO number: 7625811) <\/p>\n<p>Built as a passenger ferry to <i>Dmitriy Shostakovich<\/i> class in Szczecin, Poland, the 350-berth vessel has had several owners and names during her time and has operated in a variety of locations from the Baltic to the Mediterranean. She last changed hands in January 2014 and was refitted in 1988. <\/p>\n<p>Like many of the world&#8217;s expedition vessels, <i>Ocean Endeavour<\/i> is under the technical management of Florida-based firm, ISP (International Shipping Partners) through their charter arm, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fleetpro-psm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">FleetPro<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>One of the larger vessels in the polar expedition fleet, <i>Ocean Endeavour<\/i> is almost 13000 GRT with 6 passenger decks. According to ISP, \u201cthe ship has great amenities that include a nautical lounge, restaurant, sundeck, pool, Jacuzzi, and gift shop. Interiors are decorated in a contemporary style that invites both light and warmth into the many common spaces.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>ExpeditionCruising.com also understands that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adventurecanada.com\/ship\/sea-adventurer\/\" target=\"_blank\">Adventure Canada<\/a> will operate <i>Ocean Endeavour<\/i> in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adventurecanada.com\/ship\/endeavour\/\" target=\"_blank\">northern summer<\/a>.
