Something sophisticated, decadent and indulgent is coming to Sydney on October 4 and 5, with the arrival of Smooth FM\u2019s first ever Festival of Chocolate.<\/span><\/span>

Some of Australia\u2019s best chefs will demonstrate their dessert prowess, including InterContinental Sydney\u2019s Executive Chef Tamas Palmer showcasing his delectable Chocolate Peanut butter, coconut Espuma, Nutella and yuzu dessert at the Callebaut Test Kitchen.<\/span><\/div>\n

An integral part of InterContinental Sydney\u2019s culinary team since January 2009, Tamas focuses on using hand-picked produce and market-to-table style cooking. He has developed an exquisite menu at InterContinental Sydney\u2019s leading restaurant Caf\u00e9 Opera, and is excited to join the host of chefs displaying their dessert skills at this year\u2019s festival.<\/span><\/div>\n

InterContinental Sydney will be selling Tamas\u2019 wonderful dessert in a takeaway bar for only $8 at the show, as well as an array of other treats including gourmet hot dogs, delicious pork belly with apple slaw and fairy floss, so be sure to not miss out.<\/span><\/div>\n
