Our conference room can accommodate up to 70 people.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Our two restaurants, \u2018La Part des Anges\u2019 and \u2018Le Jardin d\u2019Eden\u2019 serve a combination of local and international cuisine and are sure to tempt your taste buds. Our Caledonian chef, Mr Olivier Polizzi has worked all around the world (France, USA, UK\u2026) and won 1 star at the Michelin Guide.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/>We are glad to welcome our new General Manager, Mr Boris Sevestre. He has lived in New Caledonia for 4 years and worked for different hotels in Noum\u00e9a before taking over the role in Ouv\u00e9a.
