The theme of the evening was Modern Luxury \u2013 the signature style that Celebrity Cruises and Celebrity Solstice are known for. A beautiful array of canap\u00e9s and cocktails were served, designed to showcase the wide collection of dining available onboard the ship including treats from the onboard specialty restaurants: Murano, Silk Harvest and Tuscan Grille.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"E\" data-mce-src=\"http:\/\/www.eglobaltravelmedia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/CelebritySolstice_DLPhotography_281113_0708-300x193.jpg\" height=\"174\" src=\"http:\/\/www.eglobaltravelmedia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/CelebritySolstice_DLPhotography_281113_0708-300x193.jpg\" width=\"270\"><span>Celebrity Cruises asked their Facebook fans what present they wanted to give Celebrity Solstice for her 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0birthday. The winning suggestion was a lamington cake in the shape of Australia. The impressive cake was created onboard by a team of highly skilled pastry chefs and was presented to the Captain on the night.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Adding to the Australian theme, entertainment on the night was provided by Sonic Duo \u2013 a musical pair hailing from Brisbane who are entertainers onboard the ship.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Gavin Smith, Regional Vice President Asia-Pacific of Celebrity Cruises, said: \u201cWe are thrilled to have Celebrity Solstice in Sydney this month as she celebrates the milestone of five years.
