She will hold daily sessions of Astanga yoga, also known as power yoga, on deck in the cool morning air with a second session including meditation just before sunset.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>On Transatlantic sea days passengers can attend classes about sailing and navigation, knot tying, origami and dancing. Instead of emails, guests are encouraged to post messages in bottles.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Prices for a full Transatlantic crossing start at $4185 including taxes.
