The Association of Arts Promotion for the Disabled was founded in 1999, and throughout the years has sponsored many artists with disabilities.\u00a0 These talented artists travel around the country to perform their enchanting musical creations, dance numbers, and share their life experiences.\u00a0 Their talent enriches not only their lives but also the cultural life of the entire nation.<\/span><\/div>\n
