Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and\u00a0Vintaged Bar + Grill\u00a0at\u00a0Hilton Brisbane\u00a0has partnered with\u00a0Monili Jewellers\u00a0to create a very special offer that will see one lucky couple taking home a custom jewellery package worth $12,000.<\/span><\/span>

Alongside a special Valentine’s Day five course menu created by executive chef Jeremy Clark, each couple will receive a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne on arrival, romantic live entertainment and the chance to win one of several prizes housed in special\u00a0Monili\u00a0timber jewellery boxes.<\/span><\/div>\n
\nPlaced in one of the timber boxes will be the grand prize of a 4ct loose Tanzanite stone, which the winning couple may take to\u00a0Monili Jewellers, located on Elizabeth Street, for a complimentary design and hand craftsmanship into a Monili masterpiece valued at\u00a0<\/span>\"565456\"$12,000.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n
Originally heralded from Dubai,\u00a0Monili Jewllers\u00a0are a high end jeweller that specialises in custom design. Director Matthew Kill said that they were thrilled to be partnering with\u00a0Hilton Brisbane\u00a0to offer Valentine’s gifts for the guests.<\/span><\/div>\n
“There will be a total of 10 gift boxes containing vouchers and complimentary jewellery cleans, as well as the grand prize,” Kill said.<\/span><\/div>\n
“We wanted to create something truly special and unique for Valentine’s Day, a day for celebrating and expressing romance, which is what\u00a0Monili Jewellers\u00a0is all about.”<\/span><\/div>\n
Hilton Brisbane\u00a0executive chef Jeremy Clark said that the team at\u00a0Vintaged Bar + Grill\u00a0have worked extremely hard to create the perfect menu to compliment the evening.<\/span><\/div>\n
“Starting with a waygu beef bresola, guests will move on to Crystal Bay prawns, then the choice of either an O’Connor fillet of beef or finger of Jon Dory for the main course,” Clark said.<\/span><\/div>\n
“The evening will conclude with a chocolate ganache with banana ice cream, Pedro Ximenez jelly and sesame crumble.”<\/span><\/div>\n
Hilton Brisbane\u00a0General Manager Ronald van Weezel said the hotel was proud to offer an exciting dining experience for Valentine’s Day night out.<\/span><\/div>\n
“Good food and wine is definitely the key to a woman’s heart and we are proud to offer something really special to our guests,” van Weezel said.<\/span><\/div>\n
