A seasoned traveler who has enjoyed great success on both sides of the camera, Christensen joins designer and actor\u00a0Waris Ahluwalia\u00a0in the coveted Global Explorer role.<\/span><\/div>\n
\nAs an ambassador for The Luxury Collection,\u00a0Helena Christensen\u00a0has traveled through\u00a0Peru\u00a0to photograph the destination – from<\/span>\"unnamed\"\u00a0the seaside town of Paracas to the colonial city of Cusco and the lush\u00a0Sacred Valley. She will premiere her photography in an exhibit titled VISUAL JOURNEY,\u00a0PERU\u00a0beginning today and on display to the public through\u00a0February 17th\u00a0<\/sup>at\u00a0Bleecker Street Arts Club.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n
The evocative photographs will be auctioned through Gavel&Grand, a platform that presents philanthropic auctions online, offering access to extraordinary experiences and luxury items in support of causes worldwide. Sales from the exhibition will benefit\u00a0Oxfam International, with whom she has worked with for several years.
