Meeting planners can now look forward to more incentives and choices when hosting guests at Marina Bay Sands with the integrated resort\u2019s new\u00a0<\/span>Meet and Stay Package<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>

Available for a limited period of time only, this package is tailored for guests\u00a0who are looking to enhance their meeting experience with more flexibility and options under one roof.<\/span><\/div>\n

From now till\u00a031 December 2013, groups with a minimum of 20 people\u00a0can enjoy exclusive hotel rates from S$375++\u00a0per person for a Standard Package which includes a one-night stay at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, a working lunch, morning and afternoon coffee with snacks, as well as complimentary use of meeting facilities. Bookings have to be made before\u00a015 November 2013.<\/span><\/div>\n

Guests can upgrade their hotel package from as little as S$4 (Value Package) to enjoy a sumptuous international buffet lunch at RISE, located conveniently near their meeting venue. An upgrade of S$10 (Deluxe Package) will further reward guests with an additional snack item for their morning and afternoon coffee breaks, internet access for up to 20 users per day, as well as a secretariat office with refreshments.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Topping the deal is a S$15 (Premium Package) upgrade that will include free internet access at the hotel and Sands Expo and Convention Centre for every room booked.<\/span><\/div>\n

As part of its Sands Eco360 sustainability programme, Marina Bay Sands also ensures meeting planners and clients are given the option to customize their events to match the industry\u2019s sustainability practices, while delivering memorable events. As such, meals\u00a0included in the Meet and Stay Package also offers sustainable menu options for guests, from the selection of tableware to organic food items and Fair Trade certified beverages.<\/span><\/div>\n

In a bid to enhance every event experience, Marina Bay Sands has also developed the\u00a0Marina Bay Sands Meeting Concierge<\/b>, a customisable app that allows organisers to update their event schedules and make new announcements in real-time to provide attendees with the most current and up-to-date information.<\/span><\/div>\n

There is also a series of exciting activities lined up for guests in the second half of 2013, including Broadway hit\u00a0The Phantom of the Opera<\/i>\u00a0at the MasterCard Theatres (16 July to 25 August),\u00a0Essential Eames: A Herman Miller Exhibition\u00a0<\/i>(from\u00a029 June to 5 Jan 2014)\u00a0<\/i>at ArtScience Museum. These entertainment options and the integrated resort\u2019s existing array of over 60 dining choices will ensure an exceptional experience for meeting delegates.<\/span><\/div>\n
