Showcasing the world class cuisine available across Dockside Group\u2019s seven iconic Sydney Harbour side venues, the team will exhibit at the Australian Business Events Expo, Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre,\u00a014 \u2013 15 August, 2013.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>

Led by Dockside Group\u2019s charismatic Executive Chef, Heiner Volkens, the team of culinary experts will prepare and serve canap\u00e9s for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea on Dockside Group\u2019s stand D12.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\"ExecutiveThe event-style menu has been designed to delight the wide variety of attendees, and will include sweet pastries, King Salmon confit with caper and garlic aioli, and mini lemon meringue pies.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n

In addition to cuisine tasting on the stand, Restaurants Head Chef, Thomas Hawley, will showcase his flair at the Taste Kitchen, a new feature of the revitalised Australian Business Events Expo for 2013.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Mr Hawley will demonstrate the process of preparing a delicious gluten free dish of seared Queensland scallops with cauliflower and apple remoulade, cauliflower puree, crisp pancetta and toasted black quinoa.<\/span><\/div>\n

Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, Beverly Parker, and her team will share event ideas, inspiration and the versatility of Dockside Group\u2019s event venues including, L\u2019Aqua, Dockside and Star room for conferences, meetings, product launches, breakfast functions, lunches, gala dinners, exhibitions and large international congress dinners.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
