Hosted by the expert winemakers from pre-eminent Tasmanian winery\u00a0Josef Chromy Wines<\/a>\u00a0and matched to fine local cuisine prepared by the Highland Restaurant team led by Chef\u00a0Jee Whan Lee, the event promises a celebration of the finest Tasmanian gourmet faire whilst being immersed in the pristine wilderness of the World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park.<\/span><\/div>\n
