Focusing on the music of French-Polish composer Frederic Chopin and performed by local pianist Ambre Hammond, the intimate soir\u00e9e-style event will commence at 5pm and treat guests to an evening of champagne and canap\u00e9s in the retreat’s Great Hall for just $59* per person. <\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

After savouring the timeless arrangements of Chopin and a host of other composers such as Beethoven, Debussy, Piazzola and Gershwin, guests can savour a special two-course dinner at award-winning Katers Restaurant for an additional $64* per person. <\/u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n
