It\u2019s Christmas again \u2013 and this year Hawaiian Airlines has a gift with a difference for its friends in Australia \u2013 a three-course Christmas dinner recipe from celebrated Maui chef and restaurateur Beverly Gannon, who is also the airline\u2019s own consulting chef.<\/p>\n

Bev owns two of Hawaii\u2019s most famous restaurants, both on the magnificent island of Maui \u2013 the iconic Hali\u2019imaile General Store (which has just celebrated its 20 year anniversary) and Joe\u2019s, in coastal Wailea \u2013 and her guests have included some of the biggest names in entertainment.<\/p>\n
