To begin the luxurious meal, guests are served Calvisius Caviar on Celery Root Foam, Balik Salmon, Artichoke and Veal Jelly, followed by a White Bean Emulsion with Black Truffle in Serrano Ham and Savoy Cabbage. The indulgence continues with Slow Roasted Lobster served with Asparagus Agnolotti and Lobster Basil Jus, followed by a main course of Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Morel Mushroom and Pinot Sauce, Foie Gras on Pumpkin and Tangerin Puree. The Valentine’s Dinner is completed with Warm Rosemary Apple Tarte Tatin, Champagne Rose Sorbet, Hazelnut Crisps and Vanilla Espuma.<\/p>\n

The Valentine’s Dinner also includes two glasses of after-dinner Champagne served in Dada Bar + Lounge, The Luxe Manor’s new bar, completed with live Jazz music.<\/p>\n
