River cruise ship sinking avoided

The MS Britannia, a 110m river cruise ship operated by Nicko Tours, has narrowly avoided disaster after taking on water through a large hole in the stern during a cruise on the  IJssel River in Holland. Almost 200 passengers and crew, mostly German and Austrian seniors, were safely evacuated.
