Solar Springs Health Retreat is 1.5 to 2-hours from Sydney and just a little more from Canberra.

It has a 25-metre heated indoor pool, cycling, tennis, archery and bushwalking in the adjacent Morton National Park, with guests able to join-in as many – or as few if that’s their choice – of the eight to ten daily activities.
