Saigon –visit the home of Duc Dau for a traditional music performance, dinner at ‘Le Caprice’ (the French Colonial Restaurant), cocktail reception at the Sheraton Rooftop ‘Floor 23’.

Hoi An – watch the preparation of traditional “pho” noodles making at a local restaurant.

Hanoi – Lunch at ‘KOTO’ Restaurant operated by Jimmy Phan who provides a hospitality programme for street kids; cooking class at the renowned Sofitel Metropole Cooking School with lunch at the Spice Garden Restaurant to sample the prepared dishes; welcome drink at an artist gallery and farewell dinner at the ‘Vine Restaurant’.
