Singapore Airlines And Silkair Extend Complimentary S$40 Vouchers For Changi Transit Customers
The Changi Transit Programme, a joint promotion between Singapore Airlines and Changi Airport Group, has been extended to 31 March 2015, providing yet another reason for customers to shop and spoil themselves when they travel through Singapore.
The programme offers transiting Singapore Airlines and SilkAir customers holding tickets issued in Australia or New Zealand S$40 worth of Changi Dollar Vouchers (CDVs) per ticket.
The vouchers allow customers to enjoy even more of what Changi Airport has to offer, with the vouchers eligible for one-time use at over 450 retail, food and service outlets throughout the transit and public areas of Changi Airport. They can also be redeemed for one-time access to the Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminals 2 and 3 for up to six hours.
“This has been hugely popular with our customers, especially families or student groups as it enables them to buy food and beverages at Changi without the need to change currency. Even better, if you pool the vouchers together, mum can splash out at Duty Free,” said Bryony Duncan-Smith, Public Relations Manager South West Pacific.
“Most of our Australian customers spend their vouchers on goods and alcohol, or opt for a welcome rest and refresh at the incredibly convenient Ambassador Transit lounge. There is no shortage of options at Changi Airport.”
To qualify for the CDVs, customers must travel on Singapore Airlines or SilkAir on both their inbound and outbound flights, with a 13-digit e-ticket receipt number beginning with 618 or 629.
