Orion Expedition Cruises has launched its first iPad App, downloadable for free through the Apple iTunes store. Select from three separate options in the library – 2013 Expeditions, MV Orion – The Ship and Creating Memories.

Now with just the tap of a finger the iPad screen brings Orion’s range of 2013 expeditions to life with features including:

– Interactive maps: 94 destinations stretching from the polar reaches of Antarctica to the tropical climes of Borneo, Orion’s iPad App captures the voyage highlights

– Detailed day by day descriptions for each itinerary

– Evocative images of destinations and activities

– Video footage takes you to numerous Orion destinations and shows what to expect onboar

– Virtual tours of Orion’s range of accommodation, decks and public rooms – a taste of your 5 star base camp

– Follow the ship live by accessing the Bridge Camera, updated every minute
