1. Lake Cave Deck: Imagine dinner under the stars, suspended over a massive crater surrounded by giant karri trees – a truly unique setting for Valentine’s Day.

2. Injidup Beach: One of the lesser known beaches of the region, Injidup is the perfect spot for a romantic beach stroll. Long white sandy stretches, clear blue water, towering sand dunes… a match made in heaven!

3. Boranup Karri Forest: Just 20 minutes south of Margaret River, the majestic Karri trees of the Boranup Forest create the perfect backdrop for a romantic picnic.

4. Sugarloaf Rock: One of the region’s most spectacular coastal landforms, Sugarloaf Rock is the ideal spot to watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean – glass of champagne in hand!

5. Cape Leeuwin: The point where the Indian Ocean meets with the Southern Ocean, this dramatic coastal vantage point is both humbling and enchanting. Not many people can say they’ve embraced the love of their life at the point where two oceans meet!

6. Ngilgi Cave: Take a tour of ancient Ngligi Cave in Yallingup and experience stunning stalactite, stalagmite, helicitite and shawl formations – you might even share a quick kiss at ‘Cupid’s Corner’!

7. The South West Craft Beer Festival: Ok so a beer festival may not be the conventional way to spend Valentine’s Day – but for lovers of beer, this is a great day out, and who says tasting beer in the February sunshine isn’t romantic!

8. Busselton foreshore: A stroll along the two kilometre long Busselton Jetty followed by fish and chips on the foreshore. Ok, it’s a simple date, but we think those ones are the best.

9. Surfer’s Point: Arguably the region’s most iconic spot to watch the sunset – take a picnic and laze on the grassy flats whilst spectacting those who have a different love of their life – surfing!

10. A winery: With so many to choose from, a long lazy lunch at a local winery is possibly the epitomy of romance. For the singles, jump on a bus tour – you might even meet yours truly!
