When you arrive in your luxurious guest room, spend quality time together over a plate of snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine. The next morning, enjoy an in-room breakfast and relax, knowing that your 3:00 pm late check-out is confirmed. Valet parking is the icing on the cake for your easy weekend away.

Pei Modern, the hotel’s restaurant, helmed by Executive Chef Mark Best will also be sharing the love with an enchanting six-course shared menu for two including a glass of champagne, from $150 per person.

The special menu features a starter of Clyde River rock oysters from Ewan McAsh; followed by yellowfin tuna, watermelon & ginger; and tiger prawns, vadouvan, caramelised yoghurt.

The dinner continues with burrata, peppers & passionfruit; snapper, old fashioned celery, currants & verjuice; Wagyu 7+ flat-iron steak, charred cucumber & harissa; and is finished off with a delectable dessert of meringue, chocolate sorbet and raspberries.

For time-poor couples or those who dream about romancing their loved one but can’t be together on Valentine’s Day, give the gift of love with a FourSeasonsHotelSydney gift voucher.
