The Laguna Bali proudly presents an outstanding wine dinner featuring the iconic wines of Beringer Vineyards.
Culinary explorers are invited to delight in a specially crafted five-course degustation menu by Chef Aris Supriyanto, meticulously paired with six distinguished wines from Beringer. Founded in 1876, Beringer Vineyards boast the oldest continuously operating winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley, California. For over 130 years, Beringer has honed, deepened, and expanded the art of winemaking, emphasizing in the pursuit of balance between modern technology and time-tested winemaking traditions, resulting in wines of global recognition. Every sip of the wine embodies a timeless appeal and seductive flavor of the region.
The sparkling evening will be curated by First Sommelier, Yudhi Suryawan, and expertly co-hosted by Nicole Carter, Vice President and Global Public Relations of Beringer Vineyards.
The experience will commence with cocktails and canapés served from 7 PM at Arwana Terrace Bar followed by the dinner at 7:30 PM.
