After flying from Australia on August 10, 2014, to Finland for a night’s stay in Helsinki, passengers will fly to Reykjavik in Iceland, famed for its mighty glaciers, volcanoes and hot springs. After a night in Reykjavik – the world’s northernmost capital city – guests will board the five-star Silverseas ship, the 300-passenger Silver Cloud, for a spectacular 10-night, round-trip cruise to the northern Iceland town of Isafjordur and across to Greenland.

After cruising through Greenland’s sheer-walled Prince Christian Sound with its 1200m-high mountains and iceberg-making glaciers, passengers will visit the quaint, peak-encircled Greenland towns of Nanortalik, the curiously spelt Qaqortoq and the capital, Nuuk – each boasting brightly painted houses built on rocky shores.

After the northern summer cruise, guests will fly from Reykjavik back to Australia.

All cabins onboard the 16,800- ton Silver Cloud are ocean-view suites which each come with a white-gloved butler while onboard beverages and gratuities are included in the fare.
