Luxurious Mekong River cruises between Vietnam and Cambodia aboard the new cruiser, Mekong Prestige II, are available from Australian tour company, Active Travel.
Seven-night cruises from Saigon to Siem Reap, or vice versa, are available from October, 2014, to April, 2015, with fares including local beer and wine with meals, onboard gratuities and daily shore excursions featuring temples, rickshaw and ox-drawn carriage rides, remote silk weaving towns and floating villages.

Mekong Prestige II |
Launched in late 2013, the Mekong Prestige II accommodates 64 passengers and boasts a sundeck with whirlpool, restaurant, lounge and fitness room, with all cabins offering French balconies.
Active Travel, which specialises in Asian river cruises, has 28 all-inclusive departures available aboard the Mekong Prestige II from October this year to April next year, with fares starting at US$1790 per person, twin-share. Flights are extra and can be booked through Active Travel.
Australians who make a booking before May 31, 2014, can choose a bonus cabin upgrade to the next category or a 10 per cent discount on the fare.
