Australia convention or conference arrivals

There were 184,100 convention or conference arrivals to Australia during the year end 30 April 2013 – an increase of two per cent year-on-year.

Markets showing continued growth included: India (up 28 per cent), the United States of America (up 21 per cent), China (up 17 per cent), Japan (up 12.1 per cent) and the United Kingdom (up 10 per cent).
