Alitalia, the national airline of Italy, has expanded its international network, introducing five weekly flights between its hub in Rome and Los Angeles.
This nonstop Boeing 777service will open a new range of options for travel to Europe via the US, where Australian’s can join Alitalia in Los Angeles.
Once in Europe, Alitalia passengers can take advantage of the airline’s 2008 European Airpass, enabling them to access Italy and Europe’s most sought after destinations with convenience and flexibility.

Beyond Italy, passengers can fly as far west as Lisbon in Portugal, south to Malta, north to Copenhagen and east to Poland or Romania.
The Airpass is available for sale until 31 October 2008, for travel until further notice.
