Relax and stay overnight in the picturesque rural communities of Beechworth, Milawa, Myrtleford and Bright enjoying some well-deserved downtime. Learn to cook like the locals with a cooking class and wine tasting tutorial, ensuring an unforgettable experience for the food and wine lover in all of us.

Spread across five days/four nights the secrets of some of the best vineyards in Australia will be revealed along leisurely and safe cycling paths. Get off the beaten track and ride through quiet, country back roads and taste local produce from farm gate visits. Enjoy some gourmet delights with a private group cooking class in Bright and explore with a ride to Harrietville on the Great Alpine Road. See the historic town of Beechworth, famed for its well restored gold rush-era buildings.

Graded as easy-medium cycling, the Tour de Grand Gourmet begins in Beechworth and is ideal for occasional and casual riders.

The Tour de Grand Gourmet can be undertaken with a local guide and a small group (maximum 10) on the dates nd May 8-12 (2015) or as a self-guided tour at any time/day or date that suits. The package includes four night’s premium accommodation in a double room (four star) and gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinners for the duration of the tour. Olive farm, Pumpkin Seed Farm, Berry Farm and more produce gate visits and up to seven cellar door winery visits (including an exclusive tutorial), as well as bikes, luggage collection, return transport and a tour guide are all included.
