An exciting new service has been added to facilities at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge. A health spa has been established in the environmentally-friendly timber building just off the entrance drive to the lodge. 

Rejoove Binna Burra is the creation of local practitioners, Ms Luna Wood and through its  ‘sacred art of beauty’ progammme promises to:

With 20 years international experience and qualifications in Art, Beauty, Aromatherapy and Shamanism, Luna has founded Rejoove, a professional practice in the Transformative and Sacred Art of Beauty.  Luna studied and worked in South Africa, London, Europe & Australia as a beauty therapist while embarking on a Fine Arts Degree at the Chelsea College of Art (London) and completed at RMIT, Melbourne.   

Her Arts practice awakened an exploration into self that lead into a Shamanic Initiation process of 7 years, with the focus on Australian Zen Tantra, which she documented through a multi-media practice with installations being exhibited internationally. 

Luna managed a Meditation Centre in Victoria for three years that focused on the teachings of Osho, Zen, Tantra, Spiritual Midwifery and Sacred Women’s Business.  There she became a mother.  She explored and facilitated groups in sacred Transformational Meditation, both active and passive, while deepening her own discipline in these areas.  Sacred Women’s Business became her focus.   

Rejoove became a platform for Luna’s creativity to be experienced in a very practical, lush, personal and feminine way.  She has developed a very unique way of opening you into a blissful and transformative journey into Self.  Luna incorporates ancient cultural practices from around the world that are translated into a contemporary Rejoove experience within a dynamic sacred space.  Luna has clients who travel nationally for this experience. 

Luna has created a certified organic seasonal and elemental range of skincare and body care products that are prepared freshly with love from whole organic earth produce and a take home support from the lushness of Rejoove.

“Absolutely, this is the case. We are in nature and nature is feminine in its fundamental sense, I have gathered an eight-member team of extraordinary women who each have a minimum 15 years of experience. They are deeply committed to their own sacred art of connecting with themselves and with one another. 

“I moved just four kilometres up the mountain from my previous studio and I find  there is so much more depth here. When people come here for an experience, they  will react more deeply because we are in a World Heritage Listed National Park. 

“It’s all about rejooving hearts and it’s fundamental that rejooving the heart leads to rejooving the body. The very nature of beauty lies in that,” Luna said confidently

The New Health Spa at Binna Burra is open from  daily from  10.00am to 8.00pm.
