classic design with a strong emphasis on natural materials such as stone, timber,
tin and glass to complement the setting.
Feature materials used in the construction of the lodge include re-milled Blackbutt
and Oregon timber and some of the oldest Scottish bluestone in Australia.
Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge has a year-round winter lodge atmosphere with high
ceilings, stone fireplaces, warm colours, rich textures of suedes, leathers
and timber and luxurious furnishings in the main building’s lounge, dining
and relaxation areas. Each suite has magnificent views, luxurious furnishings,
stunning linens and individual CD and DVD players.
The personalised nature of the retreat flows through to the world-class dining
facilities, where the menus reflect the modern diversity of Australian culture
supported by an extensive wine list.
Everything from seven-course degustation menus which change daily to gourmet
picnic hampers out on the property – where gastronomic delights match
the grandeur of the scenery - can be handled with ease by the friendly and attentive
hospitality staff and small team of talented chefs.

Situated 1,130m above sea level atop a 9,000 acre working cattle property,
Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge is enveloped by the World Heritage listed Main Range
National Park and Great Dividing Range and offers spectacular views over south-east
Queensland’s Scenic Rim.
The property can only be seen from the air, ensuring absolute privacy for guests.
While the retreat is committed to 100 per cent relaxation, it also features
a sunken tennis court with a natural amphitheatre feel, an infinity edge swimming
pool, a library with billiard table, a massage room, conference and meeting

There are also numerous bush walking; mountain biking and four wheel drive
