Readers of the prestigious US Travel and Leisure Magazine have voted
The
Observatory Hotel in the top three hotels throughout
Australia, New
Zealand and the South Pacific for offering the ‘World's Best Service'.
The results feature in the June 2006 issue.The ranking was based on the reader evaluations collected in the 2005
World's Best Awards Survey. The Observatory gained a score of 92.86 and
was the only city property to feature in the top three.
General Manager Patrick Griffin, who has been in his role since The
Observatory opened in 1993 and instrumental in designing and upholding
